A1: Of course. The logo can be printed on silk or carved.

A2: Usually, we request 50% by T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight. We only accept sample payment(less than USD1000) to be transferred through the platform

A3: We can offer EXW or FOB prices.

A4: It can be sea freight, air freight, and express delivery (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, and FEDEX). So before placing the order. Please contact us to confirm your preferred shipping method.

A5: Yes, once your production order is confirmed, part of the sample fee can be returned to you.

Q6. Can the sample fee be refunded?
A6: Usually, if order is small, we will make it out of acrylic material, and the cost is higher, if order is large, we will make a plastic Mold, and make it by injection mold.
