Q1. How does your factory conduct quality control? 
A1. We have special personnel to monitor the production process to ensure the quality of products.
Q2. What is your terms of packing?
A2. Generally, we pack our goods in inner box and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q3. Can you provide samples? How soon can I receive the samples? 
A3. Normally the samples will be ready for delivery in 7-10 days. We can provide samples, but the samples need to be charged, and freight collect.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A4. Generally, it will take 30 to 45 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Regular order can be delivered within 20 days.
Q5. About freight
A5. The shipping cost depends on your quantity and shipping address. Please inform us and we will check the detailed cost for you.If you have your own freight forwarder in China, you can also ask us to send the goods to them.
Q6. What's your payment term?
A6. Usually, we request 50% by T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight.
