1. Are you a factory or trade company?
We are a factory specialized in POP DISPLAY. Featured services: Retail store fixture and display; Mixer; stamping parts and products; industrial and commercial accessories; handicrafts; Led boxes and logo signs.
2. Do you accept the third party inspection?
Yes, no problem at all.
3. Do you offer customization services?
Yes, we can provide customized service including material, size, printing, logo, etc...
4. Can I get a sample to check your quality?
Yes, you can request a sample to check our quality before placing a bulk order. The sample fee is fully refundable under certain circumstances. Sample lead-time: 5-7 working days after payment.
5. How long is the lead-time for mass production?
Usually, the production lead time is usually 20-30 days after sample is approval.
6. How's your payment term?
Usually, we request 50% by T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight.
