A3: We can send you 1pcs free sample to you if we have it in stock with freight collect, if not, we can sample according to your design and request, normally, sample charge is three times cost as unit price. and will be refundable after order confirmed. Sample time is 7 days, lead time is 30-45 days which depends on qty.
Q4: Can I visit your factory?
A4: Yes, of course, we welcome all our customers to visit our factory to check quality, and we will meet you at Xiamen international airport.
Q5: What is your payment term?
A5: Usually, we request 50% by T/T in advance, balance to be paid before shipment, or 100% by irrevocable confirmed L/C payable at sight.
