Q3.Can l get free samples and what is your sample time and lead time?
A3. We can send you 1pcs free sample to you if we have it in stock with freight collect, if not, we can sample according to your design and request, normally, sample charge is three times cost as unit price. and will be refundable after order confirmed, Sample time is 7 days. lead time is 40-45 days which depends on qty.
Q4. Can I visit your factory?
A4. Yes, of course, we welcome all our customers to visit our factory to check quality, and we will meet you at Xiamen international airport.
Q5.What is your payment term?
A5. We appreciate T/T, and 30% of deposit before production, the rest before shipment against QC or mass production pictures. L/C is also accepted if total amount is more than USD 50000.
